Read this first

Doberman publishes general information, not personalised advice. Nothing on this Site is an offer, a trade instruction or a guarantee of future performance.

  • Verify information independently
  • Assume markets and crypto-assets can lose value
  • DIS previews are demo data unless stated otherwise
01

Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to dobermanvc.com and the related publications, research pages, directories and tools operated under the Doberman VC name (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Site. If you use the Site for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

02

What Doberman provides

Doberman publishes independent market intelligence, commentary, research archives, educational material and previews of analytical interfaces. We may add, change, suspend or remove content or features at any time. We do not promise that any publication schedule, dataset or feature will continue.

The current Site does not provide brokerage, custody, execution, portfolio management, personalised advisory or paid subscription services. Any future paid or regulated service will require separate terms and, where applicable, eligibility checks.

03

Information, not advice

Everything on the Site is provided for general information and education. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice; not a personalised recommendation; and not an offer, solicitation or endorsement to buy, sell or hold any asset, security, token, product or service.

Doberman is not acting as your adviser, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian or fiduciary. Your use of the Site does not create an advisory, client, partnership, agency or fiduciary relationship. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals who understand your circumstances before making a decision.

04

Market and crypto-asset risk

Markets are uncertain. Prices, liquidity, regulation and access can change rapidly. Crypto-assets and other speculative instruments can be extremely volatile, may have limited legal or consumer protection, and can result in the loss of some or all capital.

Historical results, model outputs, scenarios, confidence values and targets do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for verifying information, assessing suitability and risk, and making your own decisions. Do not act on a Doberman publication as your only source of information.

05

Data and model limitations

Content may contain estimates, interpretations, third-party data, delayed information, automated classifications or errors. Historical archive publications are preserved for context and may not reflect current facts, market conditions or Doberman’s present view.

Unless a page expressly states otherwise, DIS interface previews and current market-state examples are fixture or demonstration data, not a live market feed. A confidence label describes a model or editorial assessment; it is not a probability of profit, a guarantee or a substitute for independent verification.

06

Permitted use

You may access the Site for lawful personal or internal business research, link to public pages and quote limited excerpts with clear attribution to Doberman VC and a link to the relevant page.

You may not use the Site to break the law or harm others; bypass security or access controls; interfere with availability; introduce malicious code; impersonate Doberman; remove rights notices; reproduce or commercially redistribute substantial parts of the Site; or use automated means to extract content at scale, build a competing database or train a model without written permission. Standard search-engine indexing that follows published crawler instructions is permitted.

07

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, Doberman branding and original Doberman material are owned by or licensed to the Site operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your access is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

Rights in quoted, linked or otherwise identified third-party material remain with their respective owners. No licence to a trademark, dataset or third-party work is granted merely because it appears on or is linked from the Site.

08

Third-party sources and services

The Site may link to news sources, datasets, social platforms, OSINT tools and other third-party services. A link is provided for context or convenience and does not imply endorsement, control or responsibility. Third parties may change, restrict or remove their services and apply their own terms, privacy policies and fees.

09

Communications and feedback

Emailing Doberman does not create a confidential, advisory or client relationship. Do not send trade secrets, credentials, private keys or information you are not authorised to disclose.

If you voluntarily send feedback or suggestions about the Site, you allow Doberman to use them without restriction or payment, provided that we do not publicly identify you without permission.

10

Availability and warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Doberman disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the Site is secure or free from harmful components, that a third-party source will remain available, or that content will be suitable for your intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doberman and the people who contribute to or operate the Site will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss; loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or goodwill; trading or investment losses; or decisions made in reliance on the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability arising from the Site will not exceed the amount you paid Doberman for the relevant Site service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. The Site is currently provided without charge. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12

Suspension and enforcement

We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability—will continue to apply.

13

Disputes and mandatory rights

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable through mandatory conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections or access to courts that applicable law gives you.

14

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms as the Site changes. The effective date and version at the top identify the current text. Material changes will be presented prominently where reasonably possible. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the public Site unless separate written terms apply.

15
